Two rooms available in St Werburghs house share

Hi!

I’ve got two rooms available in a three-bedroom house in St Werburghs, Bristol, and I’m looking for some friendly new housemates.

The rooms:

* Large double bedroom: £725 pcm, bills included. Couples welcome to enquire, with rent adjusted for two people.
* Single bedroom: £525 pcm, bills included.

Both rooms are unfurnished, so you can make the space your own.

The house is in St Werburghs, close to independent cafés, pubs and green spaces, with easy access to Gloucester Road, Stokes Croft and the city centre.

A little about me: I’m 30, with a background in medical engineering. I’m pretty easy-going and enjoy cycling, gardening, cooking and spending time with friends.

I’m looking for friendly, considerate housemates who enjoy a sociable household but also appreciate having their own space. Ideally, I’d like the house to feel like a home rather than just somewhere people rent a room.

I’m also open to couples and pets, depending on what works best for the household.

Both rooms are available now, with bills and Wi-Fi included.
