3 Bed house in St Werburghs

This is a very sweet house in the middle of St Werburghs, Bristol (council tax band D).

This is a large double room with a wide south facing window. Along a quiet street with back and front garden.

The house has large kitchen space with open plan living and dining room. Kitchen has washing machine, two fridges and plenty of cupboard space. Shared bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

The area is filled with great restaurants, pubs and a few little shops for amenities. There is also a big TESCO 15 minutes down the road for weekly shops! It is also not far from the city centre or from the gloucester road both being about a 20-25 min walk.

We are looking for someone who is outgoing and sociable. We both enjoy being active whilst also enjoying the occasional pub night or going out to events. We also enjoy movie nights and watching tv together and occasionally board games or cards. I myself love music and film, whilst my other housemate is more passionate about football and gym. We are both quite adventurous and love trying new things so we would also be keen for someone to bring something new to the house whether this is a love of climbing, art, hiking...etc
