2 double rooms for rent in St Werburghs home

Hi,

I’m looking for 2 female housemates to join a 3 bedroom houseshare in St Werburghs. Sadly, my current housemates are moving out to live with their partners. We all got on really well and became friends so keen to recreate that atmosphere and live with people that want to make the place their home.

It’s a 3 bedroom house with a living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, a garden and a small spare room/office space so ideal if you do some wfh. The garden does need a bit of work but will try to sort this out when the weather is good again (bonus points if you’re green fingered as I’m very new to this!)

The house is in a really convenient location. 20 minute walk into Cabot Circus and some cute restaurants/bakeries nearby. There’s a big Tesco about a 15 minute walk away in Eastgate.

The rent is £600 and bills are £100. CJ Hole handle all the renting admin.

About me: I’d like to think I’m quite an easygoing person to live with. I work 9-5 as an employment coach for refugees and am currently training to be a therapist. I’m into all the usual things really, big foodie, culture, politics, alt music (would love a gig buddy!), arts and crafts, festivals, getting out in nature, cycling.

It’s not a party house but I like socialising so keen to have small gatherings, film nights etc and might have friends staying over in the spare room from time to time. Looking for clean, considerate and respectful housemates.
