A private, fully furnished studio flat that adjoins the family home and is separated by a small walkway and a door. The access is separate from the main house.

This space would suit someone who doesn't have much 'stuff' as there is limited space/storage. The ideal lodger would be someone who just needs a few weeks here and there or up to 12 months stay. We don't work from home so don't heat the annexe in the day time so this won't suit someone working from home who likes the heating on!

The kitchenette includes a kettle, toaster, air fryer, microwave, a one pan induction hob, slow cooker, fridge, freezer, sink and drainer.

Broadband and bills included but if you need extra heating outside of the two hours in the evening, in the cooler months that is chargeable.

We are a friendly couple with kids of varying ages that stay with us from time to time. We are looking for someone laid back, who has a sense of humour, is reasonable and communicative.
