Gorgeous flat in downleaze for rent

Sadly I am leaving this place behind, however I am looking for a tenant to replace me.

This is a 2 bed apartment shared with 1 other flatmate. The kitchen and lounge are spacious, there is a large hallway and stairs in the property, and one bathroom. The property is right next to the Downs and is walking distance to various shops and high streets nearby. We are on the top floor of an old building, set back one road from the Downs, meaning its wonderfully quiet and residential despite being walking distance to Whiteladies road.

My flatmate Mel is wonderful and exactly what a flatmate should be. Mel is easy going and humouros, and enjoys gaming, nature documentaries and writing.

Please note the room will come unfurnished, as will the majority of the apartment aswell, as i will be taking my furniture with me. However some furniture will remain as it belongs to Mel.

We are looking for someone who is clean and considerate of the communal spaces, and happy to say hello and have a chat, but also likes their own space.
Male or female applicants considered however female preffered we would prefer applicants over 25 years old at least.

Writing means Mel sometimes like her own space so she's looking for someone similar. Someone who is happy to say hi and chat as well as being happy doing their own thing. Someone who keeps communal spaces tidy too.

Rent/bill all together are 928.91 per month (Rent = £735.41,
Bills = £193.50). That includes ALL bills and tax!
