Great Room in a Beautiful Home

Hello!

I'm looking for a housemate to join me and another in this beautiful new build home in Totterdown.

The room on offer is a double room on the middle floor that shares a bathroom with another housemate.

The house is fully furnished but the room is unfurnished. So the ideal housemate is someone how is happy with a home that is already decorated ansd fully kitted out.

The house benefits from large windows and amazing views of Bristol from both the ground and middle floor living room/balcony. Making for a bright home.

Finding the right housemate to share this space and make it a home is very important. We are active people who enjoy having a peaceful space to rest up, entertain friends occasionally and use as a base for adventures.

Our ideal housemate would be clean, tidy, active, emotionally mature, financially stable, independent, professional who is also looking for a beautiful home.

Bills not included and average £125 per month. There is a security deposit of 5 weeks but the system is not letting me add it in at the moment
