Double room in trendy Totterdown!

Hi there! We have a double room in a beautiful 1800 home in Totterdown.

The room is in the basement. It has its own staircase with good storage. It has wooden floors, and available furnished. It has a light tunnel and escape window so there is some natural light.

The home has a separate lounge with bay window, with a dining room leading onto the kitchen and ground floor bathroom (with a roll top bath!). There are four rooms in total over three floors.

As the home was built in the 1800s it has 'unique' features such as walls that are not quite straight, but it's got lots of character and is warm, safe and a lovely place to be.

The home is extremely close to a number of pubs (The Shakespeare, The Oxford, The New Found Out, The Star and Dove), a Tesco (2 minute walk), restaurants and bakery, with Victoria Park a 5 minute stroll down the hill. Wells Road is very close by with lots of shops and places to grab a bite. There is free parking on the street, but the parking can be tight. Bristol Temple Meads is a 10 minute walk away.

You'll be living with three working professionals. This is very much a home so we are looking for someone who is friendly, accommodating, and looking for a long term let. We tend to work hard during the week so not looking for a mid-week party animal, but are up for relaxing in front of the telly during the week and some weekend socialising. We're looking to hold viewings on at the following times:

13th from 6pm

17th from 7pm

18th from 5pm

The council tax band is Band B. Bills of gas, electricity and council tax are not included and range between £60-90pm depending on energy usage / if it is winter/summer, with every 6 months (pro rata to when you're living there) £55 odd for water. We have a cleaner also each month that is included in the rent. Broadband is also included in the rent.
