Single-Occupancy Room Available – Totterdown, Bristol

I'm looking for a lovely, considerate female lodger to share my home.

The house is in a fantastic location, with a spacious kitchen offering lovely views, a shared lounge and bathroom, and a cosy bedroom that's wonderfully cool during the summer. The room is furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table, with space for a small desk if you work from home.

It's within easy walking distance of Temple Meads station and Bristol city center, with local cafés, restaurants, shops and parks all nearby. On-street parking is available close to the house.

My lodgers have generally been very happy here, with several staying for a number of years, which I hope says something about the home and the atmosphere.

The advertised rent is based on normal residential usage, including working from home for up to two days a week. If you work from home more frequently, we can discuss a small adjustment to the rent to reflect the additional use of utilities.

This is a single-occupancy room, so I'm looking for one female lodger to share my home.
