Lovely room in friendly Totterdown house

Hello! We are looking for 1 person to move into our wonderful home on Green Street, Totterdown.

The room available is a smaller room at the back of the house with a window overlooking the garden. The room comes unfurnished but the leaving tenant is willing to leave some furniture if wanted (including bed).

This room is available from the 15th of October and the deposit is roughly 5 weeks rent.

The house comes with a great back garden, well stocked kitchen and lovely sitting room. Free parking is available on the street.

Rent does not include bills & council tax band is B.

Remaining housemates Mauri, John and Lucy are always up for a chat, watching TV together and enjoy the occasional house pub trip! Although we’re all out a lot so have independent busy lives too :)

As a brief intro about us, Lucy likes running, climbing and pretty much any form of excercise. John is into music and pub trips for a pint/to see a gig. Mauri likes a film night, running and making his flatmates learn Spanish.
