Double room available in a nice home, next to some great parks (Victoria, perrett's) and only 25mins walk from city centre/15mins from temple meads.
I'm a 30yo professional who bought the house 4yrs ago, and have loved living here! Had a good dynamic with my previous housemate - occasional shared meals, film nights, balanced with giving each other space to recharge - so I'm looking for someone keen on this kind of homely atmosphere.
I keep myself fairly busy (running/climbing/tag rugby/gigs/theatre/films) and have a good social scene in Bristol. You're welcome to get involved with as much/little of this as you want.
I do work remotely most days, but my previous housemate did too and it worked fine with us both in the house.
The house is a nice size for two, with shared bathroom (shower+bath) and kitchen, and a nice garden for the summer (and a shed for some extra storage space!). I do have some furniture in the room, but also welcome to bring your own.
