Double Room in Quiet Cosy Flat

About the Flat
The flat is not huge but there is a shared living area, not really currently used much by me other than to dry clothes in, but there's a Sofa, TV in there, and a DVD player if you want to use it. We have broadband obviously. Kitchen has all the essentials, again not huge but it's got everything you need. The flat is managed by a letting agency who rarely if ever make an appearance other than to carry out maintenance or gas checks or stuff like that. They contact by email when they do.

About the room
The room is a good sized double but it is unfurnished as my flatmate is taking his bed. There may be some furniture I can donate to you if you need it. The rooms at the back of the flat, away from the main road - I never hear any noise really. Pretty private at the back. There's a bike storage room next to the flat, out the door and to the right. There's some parking at the side of the building but I'm not sure who's reserved what or if there's ever a regular spot.

About Me:
I'm Joe, 39, I currently live here in this cosy little flat just on the Bath Road heading into town past Temple Meads. My flatmate is moving out so I'm looking for someone to replace him. I'm 39, I like music, so you will hear a bit of acoustic guitar and some harmonica but nothing amplified or overly loud. I'm pretty quiet otherwise, not a big party goer, like TV, films, books, chess, skateboarding, but mainly music at the moment, I play in a couple of bands so do practice a lot and do a lot of open mics. I like cooking, so I'm open to sharing a bit of grub occasionally if that's your vibe. Otherwise I keep myself to myself, and try and keep on top of the cleaning once every couple of weeks, if you're up for that then that's great, and if you're neat and tidy and can wash up that'd be great. Otherwise I'm friendly and easy to live with. Not looking for a loud party animal or someone pumping drum and bass day and night really. I keep my music down after 11 basically so would appreciate if you could too.
