Sublet Available in Cosy House Share

Large, sunny and furnished double room in a cosy three-bed house in Totterdown available to sublet for 3 months 13th July - 13th October while our housemate goes travelling! Cute shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden that gets lots of lovely sunshine 🌞

Sharing with Lou (30, Assistant Manager, hospitality), Rebecca (28, Graphic Designer) and Tabby the cat (9, Big Napper).

About us:
We are bookworms, enjoy cooking, baking, seeing friends, gigs and the occasional burst of gardening. We often hang out in the house together, but we equally appreciate our own time.

About you:
We are looking for someone 25-33 years, female, who is similarly relaxed, friendly, tidy, and happy to do their own thing, with the occasional pub trip or film night.
Ideally not a smoker, but there may sometimes be smoking in the garden.
