Hello,

We are currently looking for a third housemate for our 3 bed house share in Totterdown.

I'm Linda (35), a freelance architect working mostly from co-working space (4 days a week). I am also hoping to set up and teach yoga in Bristol soon too! I am relatively new to the city. Also living here is Sophie (32) who is a Secondary School Teacher and has been in Bristol for many years.

We have a lovely terraced house near Victoria Park, SouthVille and Totterdown. It's got a lovely spacious kitchen and back yard area which we are working on tidying up a bit. We even have a spare room which is used as an office/guestroom. Many of the decorations in the pictures do belong to Katie so there will be room for your plants and artwork as well if you have them.

We are looking for a third housemate to move in 1 August. Rent is £540 per month (private landlord so no agency or fees) and bills around £120.

We are both pretty chilled and like to hang out in the evenings to watch TV and share a meal sometimes too, but also respect eachothers schedules and space.

We would like someone who works a similar schedule to us (9-5) and we like to have a relaxed and peaceful home.

The room is unfurnished, but the current housemate Katie can leave the clothes rail and mattress if needed.
