Beautiful double bed in Totterdown (+ art studio)

Welcome to our lovely home.. Having lived in in Totterdown for four years, we've fallen in love with the house and area - and have been lucky enough to have several amazing tenants live with us over the years (all of whom are now among our closest friends).

There is currently four of us living here; Esme and Ben (homeowners), Pat and Dan. Dan is heading off to Australia so his room is now becoming free from the end of July.

About us:

Ben & Esme - relaxed easy-going couple, usually found playing sport, on a hike or at a gallery.

Pat - climbing, DJ-ing, outdoors type - all round good bloke.

We’re a warm and social house, that often hosts friends. We have a nice balance of doing stuff together and independently.

About the house:

This is a 4 bedroom house - my partner and I live in the loft conversion upstairs, and there are then 2 bedrooms on the first floor.

The room available is a large double next to the shared bathroom - which is only shared with Pat, as we have an en-suite upstairs.

All bills included, with fortnightly cleaners.

Another unique factor of the house is the art studio in the garden - this is again open to all to use (mainly occupied by bikes and surfboards currently). Previous lodgers have used it as a woodwork studio.

It’s also important to note that we’ll be getting a puppy in July (Jack Russel) - which we’re very excited about, but aware that this might not suit everybody.

Located in the heart of Totterdown, we are fortunate enough to live next to Victoria Park and a 10-minute walk from Temple Meads station.
