* The House & Housemates: Large 5-bed house. Sharing with 4 super friendly, clean, and welcoming students (3 guys, 1 girl, mixed years).
* Perks: I will personally cover the £50 tenancy changeover fee + any other admin fees to ensure a quick and smooth process for you. AND I will help cover £100 towards your rent for the first 3 months to help you settle in as fast as possible!
