I have two rooms for a rent in Tottendown (BS4) one available from 1st September and another from 1st October. 10 min walk from Temple Meads and 20 from City Centre.
The rooms are very bright and they come unfurnished.
Its a 3 bedroom house and I’m looking for professionals, someone calm and clean, with whom i can share the housework and spend time in the common areas as well.
It would be £570 without bills, roughly £690 a month all together , depending on bills. Long term, minimum 12 months contract, negotiable with landlord.
