Beautiful Double Room

Hi There

I've got a beautiful double room available in my large Victorian House. All bills included. Regular cleaner included. All bedding, towels etc. included.

The house is a lovely, big Victorian Terrace. It has a large extended kitchen with range cooker, American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine etc, a dining room, a gym with treadmill and multi-gym and a comfortable lounge with Freeview TV, Netflix and Amazon, Games Console, Telephone and Wireless Broadband. It also has a comfortable rear garden with BBQ, Table and Chairs.

The room comes with a double bed, 2 large wardrobe with drawers and shelves so you'll have plenty of storage and a desk and chair if you need a work area. There is a TV in the room with Freeview, Netflix and Amazon. All Bedding and Towels are supplied.

It sits on a friendly, quiet road between the Bath and Wells roads (about 100yds to each) so access is easy. There's good on-road parking for cars and bus and train routes are within easy walking distance (bus stop is about 100yds and Temple Meads Train Station is about a 20 minutes walk).

I have two super friendly cats and the best cat walkways in Bristol (I think so anyway).

I'm looking for social and friendly types who want a home rather than just a room.
