Large king room (inc bills) in spacious house

Large bedroom with a king-size bed in a recently renovated house (the room is way bigger than it looks in the photos), jjust off Wells Road in the Totterdown/Knowle area of Bristol. The train station is around a 5-minute cycle away, and there are a few great pubs nearby.

The room hasn’t been used much since the renovation, so it’s currently fairly minimally furnished. I’m happy to get some extra furniture or bits and pieces to suit your needs and help make it feel like home.

The house also has a separate home office that you’re welcome to use if you sometimes work from home (other housemate also uses). We also have a cleaner ever 2 weeks which takes care of both bathrooms and communal areas (included in the price). You will largely have the main bathroom (bath/shower) to yourself as the other room has an en-suite.

Your other housemate, Joe, runs an environmental consultancy. He’s generally pretty busy with work but is always keen for a trail run or a trip to the pub.

There’s also Squid, very well-behaved cocker spaniel, so ideally you’ll be someone who likes dogs!

Overall, it’s a relaxed house in a great spot, with easy access to the city, some lovely local pubs and plenty of opportunities to get outdoors.
