Hello!

I'm looking for a friendly lodger to join me and my cat Morty, in Totterdown.

The flat is in a Victorian terrace, a stone's throw from Perretts Park, Arnos Vale and Redcatch and a short walk from Temple Meads station. There are regular buses into town but it's not far to walk either.

The flat is a lovely place to be. We would share a kitchen and bathroom and there's a spacious shared living room. Once I've saved a little I'd like to do some more decorating to make the space even nicer.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, dresser with space to hang clothes, chest of drawers and lamps.

I work from home 1 or 2 days a week and there's plenty of space for a second home worker.

There is free on street parking available outside the flat.

The rent includes bills and amenities e. g. toilet roll, soap, washing up liquid etc.

I'd love to find a lodger who would be up for hanging out sometimes e. g. shared meals / telly watches / pub trips.

In my spare time I enjoy yoga, book clubbing and seeing pals.
