Hi, I'm Joe. I'm the current flatmate and I'll be offering you my room as I'm going to take Dans room when he leaves. It's a lovely room, its at the back of the flat, away from the main road. It's a pretty quiet flat, although I am a musician, so if you like music or better yet play music yourself it would be preferable so noone is annoyed. I'm a pretty quiet person otherwise. I like to stay on top of cleaning, like to cook. I'm a catering assistant and a self employed cleaner. I don't mind about much but I'm not looking for a party animal or all night raver. I don't mind gamers or people who keep themselves to themselves. I'm planning to make the living room a bit more of a cosy shared area than it currently is. Otherwise, come and have a look and ask any questions. We're looking for someone pretty soon so might need to be someone who's quite urgent and organised with deposit and guarantor etc.
