The flat is located around 4 miles from the city centre in a leafy suburb with a countryside feel. Close to Southmead Hospital, Cribbs Causeway, Filton, Aztec West and Clifton Village. Minutes from a bus stop and a bustling high street in Westbury on Trym. It's such a great area! There is free and easy parking directly outside, a large shared living room, a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of storage, and a huge garden with two lovely seating areas.

I work from home several days a week and also run a business and study, so the flat is generally a calm, quiet environment. This would suit someone who is independent, considerate and happy with a more relaxed household rather than a highly social house share.

The room is best suited to someone who travels light, keeps shared spaces tidy and appreciates a peaceful home. While friends and visitors are absolutely fine from time to time, this is not a party house.

I'm looking for a reliable professional who is respectful of shared space and enjoys having a comfortable base to come home to.
