The kitchen is currently undergoing renovation, so it is not fully finished yet but fridge, microwave and airfryer are available to use. The washing machine is also temporarily unavailable and the rent has been reduced to reflect this.

The rest of the flat is fully usable and I’m happy to explain the current renovation situation before arranging a viewing.
