We have a lovely, light, airy double room in our peaceful home.

I am a single professional with an 8 year old!

🍽 Living/dining room - A beautiful open plan space, comfy sofa, plenty of room for mini golf, or a turn on the gymnastics bar.

🔪Kitchen - On the smaller side, all amenities are covered, with an additional fridge.

🛁 Bathroom - Fully renovated with a shower & waterfall shower over bath.

🧼 Pantry (if we can call it that!) - Washing Machine, freezer & storage.


🌍 Location
Our home is located just behind Gilda parade shops.
There are 2 x curry houses, 2 x kebab shops, a grill, cafe, Spar and Tesco on our doorstep!
ASDA whitchurch is the closest supermarket, followed by "Big Tesco" in Brislington a close 2nd!

🚌 2 minute walk to the bus stop, which takes you straight into central bristol via temple meads & ends at the bus station.
The other way, buses go down to Wells & Bath.
🏠 About our home
We are a quiet household & although we lead an active lifestyle, our morning & evening routines are set due to the nature of work/school runs.
We are hoping to find someone whose lifestyle is of a calmer pace, where they consider their home a sanctuary for rest.

💃 Sadly, gone are my party days, so if you're looking for a home to host your mates every week, unfortunately this is not the place for you.
🐈/🐕 We love animals and would consider being a pet friendly home for the right animal & human.

🚬 We are a strict non-smoking household, but if you vape, it isn't the end of the world.

Water, Gas, Electric, Council Tax, Service Charge & Contents Insurance.

Open to both Full Time & Part Time lets.

Full Time: £625 per month
Mon - Fri: £425 per month
