Here we have a room for rent in a central Amersham location. This property has a nice spacious room for rental. the property is located just off the main high street meaning that walk to the local shops is as little as 2 minutes, 5 minutes to the local bus stops and less than 10 minutes to the Amersham tube station.

rent is £650 per month, £300 deposit and 1 month rent will be required for move in. ALL the bills are included in this price.

ideally we would be looking to take on a single tenant, male or female is perfectly fine.

we are very flexible household so would as that from time to time chip into communal cleaning and purchasing cleaning supplies also.
