The rooms are fully furnished with double beds and memory foam mattresses.
Wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside lamp and bedside table are provided (desks and chairs can also be provided)

All the rooms have sufficient power points and all come with black out blinds.
Freeview is supplied in all the rooms and fibre unlimited WiFi throughout the property.
No tv is supplied.

The kitchen is provided with all essential goods, washing machine, microwave oven, fridge freezers and kettle- toaster.
No cutlery is supplied.

There is a weekly cleaner for all communal areas
A gardener for the summer months.
No smoking is allowed within the property but you are allowed to smoke in the gardens.
