Central town- Large double room with own bathroom

Looking for an awesome flat mate to join me in my new build flat.

This is a large spacious double room with a huge window. Main bathroom all to yourself. All bills included including fast virgin broadband.
Central town, 2 min walk to train and bus station and all the shops and restaurants are at the doorstep. security entrances with bike storage downstairs. There is a chargeable car park or a 10 min walk to free parking just the other side of park.

I’m looking for a professional that is clean and respectful as it’s a well looked after flat. Laid back and fun, no party animals pls! I work in events so will be away for a week at a time here and there. When I’m back I love to cook keep fit and definitely enjoy a cheeky gin from time to time.

Due to my work patterns being away I will have limited days for viewings.
