Double bedroom to rent in 3 bed house

Three-bedroom house share — £800/month all bills included
We're looking for a new flatmate to join us in our spacious, comfortable large town- house.

We are short walk from the town centre, train station and Morrisons. Bus stops to local links just outside. Plenty of parking available for you and guests.

The house: The common areas are fully furnished with plenty of space to relax or socialise. We have a large TV with Netflix and Prime included. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. There is space in the living room if you work remotely to set up a working space. There's a good-sized garden with a secure shed for bikes and storage.

Your room: A good-sized double, fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. You'd share a large bathroom (with power shower) with one person — there's also a downstairs WC loo.

About us: Carol works in charity admin and is into the gym and zombie films. Clare is an Occupational Therapist who likes running, cooking, and American Dad. Clare is rarely home and spends around 3 evenings a week at home and the other evenings and weekends at her partner's. We're an LGBT+ friendly household and very welcoming of people from all backgrounds.

We have a small, quiet dog and cat who gets along well with most other animals — pets are welcome if they are a good fit with the current household.

What we're looking for: Someone easy-going, clean and tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and comfortable around animals. We're a friendly and sociable household, so ideally we're looking for someone who wants to feel genuinely at home here rather than just renting a room.
