Spacious new build, king size bedroom, bills incl

We are a young professional couple (26 and 27) working as a doctor and technology consultant.
We bought our first home a couple of years ago and share it with 2 housemates. One of our housemates is unfortunately moving on to a job in a new area so we are looking for someone new! (Please note that exact move in date is not yet confirmed, but is likely to be during August - please message me for details.)

Our home is a modern, high-spec new build with a sociable open-plan kitchen/living space.

Your bedroom is kitted out with a king size bed, storage, desk and chair. All bills are included, and we have super fast wifi (the fastest we could buy)!

Our home is a 1 minute walk from Stoke Mandeville Hospital (there is cut through straight to the A&E entrance), with great road and bus access to High Wycombe and 2 nearby railway stations that get you into London in 40 minutes.

There are 3 bathrooms: 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Our two housemates share exclusive use of the family bathroom as well as having access to the downstairs bathroom. (We have an en-suite so will be well out of your way!)

There is more than enough parking for everyone to have a car.

We are an easy going couple who love the great outdoors and have lots of active hobbies.
