Positioned at the front of the house on the first floor with views onto this quiet cut de sac.
The room is fully furnished with Double Bed & comfy mattress, wardrobe, Dressing Table/Desk, chest of drawers & bedside table and a full length mirror.
This room shares the communal first Floor bathroom with just one other tenant, and is cleaned once a week by our professional cleaning team.
The bathroom has a large shower, heated towel rail, toilet and sink with a mirror

The 3 storey town house occupies a prime position within a quiet no-through road, and has recently been re-designed for people who value a clean, calm and well managed home. This house is home to 6 tenants, all with their own rooms, one of the rooms has an en-suite, the other 5 rooms share a 2 bathroom and a toilet/washbasin.
Located in the peaceful Buckingham Park Area, giving access to scenic walks through adjoining parkland leading to the city centre.
A lovely modern home that you'll eventually share with 5 other young professionals - so theres always someone around to borrow a teabag from or debate whether pineapple belongs on pizza (it does, sometimes).

🧑🏽‍🍳 The heart of the home is the modern kitchen/diner/family room which is dual aspect and has french doors which open out onto the well maintained garden at the back of the house. It has lots of allocated cupboard space, an oven, dishwasher, 2 fridge freezers, microwave and all associated cooking utensils, pots, pans plates and cutlery, It also houses a washing machine.
