The bedroom carpet has been professionally cleaned, the Bedroom has a wall mounted HD smart TV free Amazon and Netflix plus Sky TV including sky sports package and basic channels. And apps including BBC ITV X and Sky. The room has an Amazon Echo to voice control lighting brightness colours and lighting themes. Plus other echo functions wake up alarm Radio etc. The house has fibre optic high speed broadband. Theres a Mini fridge, computer desk and chair for study or privacy. The blind is a black out one. Theres a double wardrobe and storage under bed. Kitchen has integrated dishwasher, induction hob. There’s living room downstairs and the choice of two relating areas either in the kitchen on bar stools, or front room at the 4 seater table.
We are clean, respect personal space and are friendly. There is a shed for additional storage like a bike or suitcases, and access to the garden to enjoy in summer. There is a convenience and fast food outlet 2 min walk and we are next to the main bus route to MK.
We are looking for a 3rd lodger to occupy this room. We are keen to meet Like minded professionals. Our house is made up of two professionals..
