I’m looking for a considerate, friendly dog lover to share my lovely home in Fairford Leys, Aylesbury.

The spacious, furnished double bedroom is on the second (top) floor, with a separate bathroom for your sole use, including both a bath and shower. There’s a comfortable chair and footstool in the bedroom, so you have your own space to relax.

The room includes:
• Small double bed, wardrobe and drawers
• Bedding, kettle, chair and footstool
• TV with EE channels, Netflix and Apple TV
• Ultrafast Wi-Fi, installed for my work

Rent is £850 per calendar month, including the usual household bills and Wi-Fi.

You’ll share the kitchen and have use of the small garden. My downstairs lounge is private, with your own seating area upstairs.

I run my business from the office opposite the bedroom Monday to Friday, so I’m around during working hours. There’s also a spare desk and Mac in the office which you’re welcome to use by arrangement.

The location is a real plus: shops and amenities at Hampden Square are close by, with parking in the square approximately 30 seconds’ walk away. The bus stop is almost outside, with the No. 1 Red Rose bus taking around 15 minutes to Aylesbury Waterside Theatre, or approximately six minutes by car. Stoke Mandeville Hospital is also within easy reach.

You’ll be sharing with me and my two much-loved dogs, Rocket and Daisy, so enjoying the company of dogs is essential!

This is a room for one person in my home. Finding someone we all feel comfortable with matters to me, and I’d love to hear a little about you, your routine and what you’re looking for.
