Spare room in Aylesbury - quiet location

Double room available in my house in quiet location in Aylesbury. 20 min walk from town and train station. Two bedroom house one of which I will be leaving spare for myself to stay in if needed and probably very infrequently (possibly once a week or less). Meaning you will you the entire house to yourself most of the time. Benefits of kitchen, living room, bathroom and large garden which I will maintain. Shared loft storage space if required too and two parking spaces available when I’m not around only one if I am. Room can be furnished or unfurnished and happy to discuss this. All rest of the property will be furnished. Looking for £625 for the room itself and a contribution towards the bills being that I won’t be around majority of the time. Maximum of £50 extra per week (approximately half bills). Hoping for single professionals, male or female of any age. Non smokers ideally.
