Close to town, theatre, train station and hospital

For the last two years my house has been let by 3 student midwives, for which it was ideal as hospital is a 10 minute walk away. They have very much made it their home and now sadly they are moving away. I would like to re-rent my house again to reliable professionals who can make it their new home.

The property is 1900's end of terrace house. Their are two large double rooms upstairs and a large single downstairs (which can accommodate comfortably a small double bed). The house also has a communal living area, kitchen, bathroom and garden.

The house is cosy and being old has many character features like a fire place in 3 of the rooms, unfortunately these are just decorative. The house is, fully furnished right down to plates if need be. Ideally would like to let fully furnished but this can be discussed.

It has a nice low maintenance garden for which a friend of mine comes in once a month to look after and this is included in the rent. It has on street parking however as its so close to all local amenities a car may not be needed.

Bills are not included and would be approximately £250 a month.

So in summary I am really looking for tenants who would want to "buddy up" and rent the house as a whole, however I can be flexible. Feel free to email if you have any questions.

The date for moving maybe be flexible, as tenants have given plenty of notice however will not be available before Christmas.
