I have a large double room available to rent situated in a quiet area of Berryfields, one mile from Aylesbury Vale Parkway train station (1hr 5 minutes to Marylebone) with excellent road links to Bicester/Oxford/M40.

The desk can be either put in the wardrobe (as shown in the photo) to place a large tv on, or it can be put by the window as a desk/dressing table.

I am looking for a friendly and tidy person to rent my 2nd bedroom. I am laid back and lead a fairly quiet life and would love to find someone similar to rent the room. When not working I enjoy cooking, gardening, pilates and cycling.

The second bedroom is on the 1st floor with the main bathroom. My bedroom is on the 2nd floor with an en-suite, so we both get additional privacy as the bedrooms are on different floors.

I have a small, quiet and friendly dog, so someone who loves dogs is important.
