The garden can be used if a smoker wishes to smoke outside. The garden is only to be used for this purpose.

In the ensuite is a washing machine and tumble dryer

The Space is totally separate from main house with own off road parking. WiFi. Close to shops and train station . Single occupancy only. All bills included
