Room available in 3 bed house in Bletchley located in a quiet and friendly residential estate just off Mersey way.

The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of draws, and bedside table.

All bills, including council tax and broadband internet are included.

There is a bathroom, and kitchen /Diner available for your use. I have allocated a cupboard in the kitchen and space in the fridge and freezer.

There is also a washing machine and dishwasher available for your use.

I live in the house with one other tenant and I'm looking for someone over 25 who is friendly, clean and easy to get along with. I also have a dog so you must like animals.

The house is great for commuting into Milton Keynes and with easy road access to the A5 and the M1. Bletchley train station is a located nearby with regular buses running from near the house.

There are local conveniences including a One Stop, a pub and some local takeaways only a couple of minutes’ walk away.

The room is available on a rolling monthly contract at £450PCM with a month’s deposit. I would Also consider renting the room out at a reduced rate for Mon-Fri lets
