Bright, fully furnished double room with a small double bed available in a well-maintained Victorian home in Bourne End (SL8), just a 7-minute walk to the train station and village.

I’m a live-in landlord who works from home a 4 days a week and keeps a calm, tidy and respectful household. I live with my 28 year old daughter.

I’m looking for a female lodger for a flexible length of stay. The room can also be let Monday - Friday if that is a preference and the cost would be adjusted accordingly.

The room includes access to a shared bathroom, kitchen and living areas. I have a senior whippet, so being comfortable around pets is essential. This setup would suit someone who works mainly outside the home during weekdays although WFM is also possible (with the understanding there are 2 people already WFH).

There is full access to a small garden leading from the kitchen. Parking is across the road in a residents car park.

All bills are included. Short term lets are welcome.
