It is a rural location (a car is needed). Cottage is within a hamlet; next to a farm and a short walk through the field to the village/pubs. Looking for someone who is friendly and down to earth with a good sense of humour that’s clean, tidy and cat/dog friendly.

The room is furnished with a double bed, side table, desk and wardrobe. There is access to a shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge, garden and parking.

Bills/Utilities included: Council Tax (Band E), Electricity, Water, TV License, Broadband and Oil (heating).

There is also a larger bedroom available, open to negotiation.
