Small room to let

I have a very small single room to let, which the possibility of moving into a bigger double in the near future if required at 800pcm.

At about 6'x7' it is very small containing a very comfortable single bed, small drawer unit and wardrobe - you do get to use the living room of course and are not expected to hide away in what is essentially a sleeping pod unless you wish to!

Previous occupants have included people wanting a part time base - a professional housesitter who just needed a base between sits, someone only needing sleeping space few nights a week, short term stopovers, storage/mini-office use etc. I do not recommend making a long term home out of it as it is too small.

Share with 1 male 1 non binary both very friendly in a clean and tidy 1st floor apartment. Animal friendly.

5 min walk to Chalfont St Peter centre.

Possibility of moving up to a double room 12'sq coming up in the near future but not yet advertised.
