Have a beautiful double room, recently refurbished (see attached video), it is well kept, in a clean and quiet environment.

Accomadation is a few minutes walk to the town centre, close to the bus stop and train station.

Suitable only for a SINGLE person only.

One other lady lives in the flat and the person has to be very clean and of a quiet nature

Availble to move into immediately.

The rent does not include bills.

I do not take a deposit, but a reservation fee (equivalent to 2 weeks rent, which can be deducted at the end of the tenancy).


No smoking is permitted inside the property.

Rent be paid monthly.

You must be working full time, as you will need to prove affordablilty by showing last 3 wage slips.
