Hi a newly refurbished Studio apartment in a quiet safe location available to rent immediately.

Walking distance to town centre and train station. Suitable for a SINGLE person but couples can be considered.

Rent does NOT include bills. (but I can fix/add the electricity and water and add it to the rent, but the council tax will have to be paid direct to the council).

There is no deposit to pay.

But a reservation fee (equal to 2 weeks rent) to secure the premises. Which will be later deducted from the rent when the tenancy expires.

Rent to be paid monthly.
