A calm, private setup — not a typical house-share. You can choose one of two rooms :)

The space:
Bright and welcoming double bedroom, shared bathroom, and separate office ( if needed) in a spacious, peaceful home with garden and conservatory/ breakfast room.

The setup:
I travel frequently, so you often will only share the house with one male tenant who works nights.
The house is big, bright and well equipped. It’s our well loved family home and we are looking to share it with someone reliable and respectful who will treat it well!
The house is for sale ( can take a while!) but, to avoid confusion, I would like to offer initial term of 3 months on lodger contract.

• Available full-time (Mon–Fri or 7 days)
