Studio/Annex lodger- double room

I am a single mum with 2 teenage children who are with me full time. I also have 2 sausage dogs so lodger must be a dog lover! I would consider pets on an individual basis (previous lodger had a hamster - absolutely no problem).

I have recently converted this extremely large room into a self contained studio flat, within my house. It’s had a kitchenette installed as well as an extension to a downstairs toilet into a shower room. Main entrance and washing machine being the only shared facilities. Own outside garden terrace with furniture included.
I work from home as a solutions architect. My hobbies include gardening, art and food.

All bills included in advertised price with the breakdown being £550 rent and £250 bills.

Bus stop within 30 seconds walk. Shops across the road include a Tesco express, pizza shop, pharmacy and others. On street parking all over
