A really nice and a clean room to let for a professional lady.
It is situated in a very nice, quite area of Downley in High Wycombe.
The room is in a house which is occupied by a small family. My wife is a housewife & is home most of the time.
THE MAXIMUM STAY IS 12 MONTHS BUT CAN BE EXTENDED FOR THE RIGHT TENNANT
ROOM SIZE IS APPROX: 11. 6 x 9. 75 FEET
There is a fast Virgin internet, a TV cable in the room, Gas cooker in the kitchen. Really sorry the Landline phone is only for family use & cannot be used by the tennant
There is ample free parking right outside the house
Please note that MEN ARE NOT ALLOWED TO VISIT INSIDE THE HOUSE BUT LADY FREINDS ARE FINE FOR VISITING.
