We have a double room available immediately. It is in a well kept end of terrace property in a quiet dead end road. Close to town and within walking distance of train and bus stations. Currently our tenants are all professional working males. We have no preference over the gender of the new tenant as long as you fit in with the current tenants. The property has a bathroom and separate newly refurbished shower room and toilet. Large refurbished kitchen with shared freezer and individual personal cupboards and fridges. Separate communal area, conservatory and small well kept garden. Each room is furnished and ready to move into. The house is cleaned weekly and high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are expected from all tenants. All bills and internet included.

No couples, no pets, no smoking, sorry.
