Minimum stay 3 months.
Notice 28 days from departure/termination!
At the end of your tenancy your deposit will be returned less damage/breakages;
Breakages or damage costs will be deducted from your deposit. (e. g. Key replacement is £100). Deep cleaning, if not left in original condition, will be deducted from deposits!
Rent is Payable on/by 1st of every month! No Exceptions!
Notice: 28 days, from last day of previous month!
