I have a double room in Gerrard's Cross available to rent. The flat has two double bedrooms. I am a professional working in sales, spend 2/3 days with clients or in the office per week.

The apartment is great, fully kitted out (with Bosh appliances etc), in a gated development with safe parking. Plenty of bike storage if needed.

The room has since had an upgrade and now has a brand new king size mattress and desk. I’ll update the pictures as soon as I can.

The flat has one family bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet. The living room, kitchen and dining room are bright and spacious with a south facing balcony.

The flat is situated under 10 min walk from the GX mainline train with direct link to Marylebone station.

Ideally looking for a professional flatmate who needs a room on a Monday to Friday basis.

Based on previous house mates the room would also be suitable for anyone in the aviation industry/working shift patterns.

FYI - There is a direct bus line from outside of the property to LHR within 30 minutes.
