I'm looking for someone lovely to move into a great 2 bed, 1 bath, top floor flat in Gerrards Cross. The flat is light and airy. There's ample shared living space, with a desk and a well-equipped kitchen and utility (washer/ dryer). Your room is cosy and furnished (bed and wardrobe) with a TV.

The location is really convenient. There is a Waitrose on our road and a big Tesco’s right across the road. You are a two minute walk from the train station, so ideal for anyone commuting into Marylebone (20 mins away). Nearby are a number of independent shops and cafés. GX has a lovely community feel to it, and there are plenty of parks nearby to choose from.

I'm a 39 year-old teacher. I'm sociable, love coffee and seeing friends. I often work late, love gyming and travel regularly. I like to keep things clean and tidy, but would be open to getting a cleaner if easiest. Happy to cook/ train together, but also super happy for you to do your own thing.

Ideally looking for a Mon- Fri, but open to full time for the right person. (£850 for Mon-Sun)
