Room available in 3 bed detached house

My housemate is moving into his own place soon, leaving me alone in our house. I have been given the green light by my landlord to find his replacement, if they’re the right match. Please note they’re taking their furniture, so it will be unfurnished. A £500 deposit is required when moving in also.

The house in Great Linford has 3 bedrooms, you’d have a large double room. The spare we’ll use as a study. It is a really quiet area within walking distance to shops/pub, with the centre/train station a 7 minute drive away. There is a large kitchen, living room, conservatory. We have 2 fridges and a freezer, a utility room and a medium sized garden/shed. 1 parking space available too. Superfast fibre optic internet (1GB Download).

I work Monday to Friday (Tuesday-Thursday in the office), and keep myself to myself. I have a cat who is the sweetest girl. I spend most of my time cooking, gaming or sleeping when I’m not at work, keeping myself to myself but would love to find a roomie and possibly make a new friend.
