The accommodation is available on a furnished or part furnished basis. Current rates: Double room (for 1 person only) with private shower room en suite, £750 per calendar month, including bills. Large double room (for 1 person only) with private shower room en suite, £795 per calendar month, including bills. Double room (for 1 person only) with shared bathroom with just one other person £645 per calendar month including bills. All rates are subject to review depending on utility charges and usage, council tax charges, energy costs and usage.

Great Missenden station (Chiltern Line) is 3 miles away, 40 min train journey to London Marylebone. Convenient motorway access, M40 High Wycombe, Beaconsfield. A41 (for M25, M1) easily accessible. Convenient for London Heathrow and Luton Airports.
